The National Wildlife Federation and Taylor Morrison Home Corporation are teaming up to restore and protect wildlife habitat in the homebuilder’s communities nationwide.
Together we will engage staff, residents and the public in accessible and effective wildlife habitat stewardship and conservation.

Building upon Taylor Morrison’s longstanding conservation practices, participants will:
- Apply National Wildlife Federation’s Certified Wildlife Habitat® standards to current and future community parks and open space in communities.
- Take the Monarch Pledge and supporting monarch butterfly recovery efforts by planting native milkweed and providing necessary elements for butterfly gardens in model home parks and in amenities nationwide.
- Design and build Nature Play Spaces™ in select communities in lieu of traditional playground equipment.
